Training

  • Be mentored by your partner coach
  • Register yourself as a preferred customers on your webportal or the webportal of your mentoring coach
  • Take the Nutriphysical on your webportal [or the webportal of your coach/mentor]
  • Create a notebook with resource material for your classes.
  • Review  - The Assignment Sheet



Week 1

  •  Record weight and measurements on page 50 in Journal


  • Take a before picture


  • Watch DVD: Stop Dieting - Live the Lifestyle - #1


  • Watch DVD: Jump Start your Success #2


  • Choose a piece of clothing that you would like to fit back into.


  • Put a photo of you at your goal weight on the frig.


  • Read Journal pgs: 1-17


  • Circle foods in the Low GI categories you currently eat- or enjoy eating.


  • Sanctify your kitchen - get the good stuff in, the bad stuff out.


  •  Fill our commitment page [page 2]


  • Fill out modify behavior [page 4]




  • Drink 2 quarts of water plus one cup for each 25 lbs you want to lose
